I have been paying child support happily for 17 years...Now things have soured and the mother has threatened me with a court order...I don't mind that, I pay anyway. What the threat is that she will give a fake address and thus I will never know that I was to show in court. Thus, she wins the case by default. Also, she says that their would be a warrant for my arrest for not showing and immediate wage garnishment...So, what do courts do to verify that their summons has been received?? And, are her threats valid??? thnx in advance... No dead beat Dad here!!!!!

sex thing,usually we give our love and commeitment tto one person how can they when they like both do they love one guy and one girl?or both together,but separetly,we all have relationships where we love one person but still look but dont touch,but some do and thats what we called cheating on your mate,but i feel bisexuals cheat all the time cause they,ll do it with a man or woman never commiting to one either go gay or straight i also know that some men have 1,2,or 3, wives which i think is cheating to i believe you can only give your whole heart to one person hopefully for the rest of your life, so thats why im asking is it just a sex thing

strange situatio but can anyone advise me what to do,my partner and his ex wife split 3 yrs ago,i met him two years ago,but they have a 14 yr old daughter and the ex wife wont let him see her,he did nothing wrong,they fell out of love.
He cant afford to take her to court as it costs to much and is paying £338 a month to the csa,the soliciter has said to sit back and wait till the girl makes her own mind up,my partner and me have a baby now and i want her to know her big sis,what can i do i ,any ideas
