Yes, but doesn't work that way. Sometimes our dreams and fantasies are not what we really wanted when we do achieve them.

If so ...your dream wouldn't mean much to you if you get it THAT easy,think about you getting everything you want ..why would you dream about it then,there would be no dreams or fantasies and that would be so cruel
