awwwwwww chick. dont get upset. they are all bastards. quicker you see that the easier it is. he wont be crying, hes selfish and he didnt deserve you. you have to keep thinking of him in a positive way. hate him for abit. think about the things that annoyed you and hurt you and you'll become stronger.
dont dwell on it. go out with your girlfriends and have a laugh about stuff. honestly its the best therapy for a broken heart...i know
and if its possible talk to him about it. ask him why. it helps get some closure
