I assume that it is either at work or school. Then you must tell your supervisor straight away. This is unacceptable and there are laws in place for this kind of behaviour. Do not stand for it.
Talk to someone now!

Do NOT stand for this. Tell someone immediately - a teacher, a boss, ANYONE who has that little bit of responsibility for your social care. And whatever these nasty vermin tell you or say, do not worry; let it go over your head. You must tell somebody though and put a stop to it.
Regardless of whether this is happening at work or school (you fail to say, but bullying anywhere is wrong) there is an investigative route that will be taken. Just do not be afraid to speak up - the power to stop this is within you.
Best of Luck.

Or other non sporting martial art like nijitsu.
The better option
If its really nasty, alter the odds fighting dirty.
Maybe use a CO2 fire extinguisher to blind the bully as freezes eyeballs to eye lids and beak their legs and arms using it as a club to the point they can't ever hit or punch anyone again.
Water pistol loaded with something very nasty, at eyes (only if one bully or others will take it off you and use it on you...
If their hair is long...grab hair and smash head into the corner of a desk till they stop moving.
Bullies are not human, nor are any adults who support them.
note in both of the above no warning you must strike first , if you hesitate they will go for you...
I could say tell but often you just get more bullying...
better if you can learn to fight, so you dont need weapons

You really have to try and stand up to them. Bullies are usually only good in groups try and isolate the leader and find out whta the problem is. Failing that bide your time work hard and get them back when you are older. I took a bullies house , business and wife , it took 15 yesars of waiting but it felt good especially when i dumped her a few weeks later and saw his whole life crumble.
Alternativly tell someone dont worry about being a tell tale tell someopne and dont let them win.

Call Childline
Tell your parents
tell your teacher
tell your friends and ask them for help
stick up for yourself; believe me, bullies are really useless miserable cowards at heart, and beating up on somebody is how they get their kicks. Dont let them see your scared, but ask for help against them. Good luck.

the only way to beat a bully is to be a bully stand up to them and let them know that they don't scare you any more and that if they continue to harass you you are going to report them and that might get pretty nasty

Find someone smaller than you and bully them - you'll feel much better for it.
