A colleague, who was also a good friend, wrote me a long letter regarding things I have done that were not supportive of her. Im trying to decide how to reply and if anyone has suggestions that would be great. She has brought up things that have happened over a year ago where I have not supported her in her actions and been somehow mistrusting of her. The thing is I have been supportive of her over the past 2 years. I have listened to her, encouraged her, reasoned with her over a lot of things that were going on. Lately though I have not been because of the way she has been treating me and other coworkers. She has been rude, disrespectful, and barely says hello. I was so disgusted in her behavior that I did not want to sit down and listen to her.Now she has written this letter and I don't know how to respond. It doesn't ask anything of me, just states her feelings. I don't expect or want to become best friends nor hash out each individual issue. Any suggestions on how I should respond?
