Child sitting is always a good choice for a responsible 12 year old. There are also seasonal jobs, such as lawn care, snow shoveling, raking leaves, etc. Also dog walking is an option. If you are motivated enough I am sure you can find something to generate some spending money! Good luck.

my lil' sis cleans stalls at the farm beside us ...she loves horses and its good extra money for her !
Try :
Delivering papers, babysitting , dog walking , grass cutiing , cleaning windows , etc
