My best friends are now swearing and I think that it is very immature. Well, because they swear at the dumbest things!!! They don't swear a lot, but still.... how can I convince them to stop???

all of my friends swear... well most of them.
i personnaly hate it. others find me different from not swearing.
some even offered to pay me $ if i even said one swear.
y dont u try just saying wat u just posted.
let them know how u feel.
their habit will just get worst with each passing day...
or just slowly try to let go of them...

i would stay away from the whole asking them not to, because stuff like that irritates the hell out of me, so i would swear even more in spite of them. I would say just get used to it. i can't see being that old, or otherwise you wouldn't give a damn, you'll come around eventually. lol. my freinds got used to it. and no i didn't do it cause i thought i was "cool" give a break... i just cuss, its part of my vocabulary, and i highly doubt it lowers my intelligence level. i also don't find it immature, i just think its there. I find nothing wrong with it. For me it is a good stress releaser.

just be honest! It is totally awesome that you recognize its immature to swear, so right on! Just voice to them how unneccesary and stupid it sounds. They'll listen. Believe me, people only start cussing because they think the people around them admire them for it.

You cant convince anyone to stop, they have to do that on their own because now they prob. have a habit of swearing

I always do this..I stop dead-look them straight in the eye and say..Using 4 letter words shows that your inteligence level is limited to 4 letters..I myself use brutal honesty! beleave me it will leave them speachless with something to think about.-Good luck!

tell them that you dont like them dont tell them that you dont want them to not swear just dont swear around you^_^

every one ******* swear in the ****** life its normal to talk **** to one another i dont ****** do it often but its normal i swear u cant change them let them cuss on!!
