your were right in telling. someone could have gotten really hurt. then how would you have felt. if they really wanted to fight, they should take it else where. you need to stay out of it if it does happen.

Yes, you were right to tell. Fighting does not solve anything and if she is really your best friend she will understand and get over it. It shouldnt matter what everybody else thinks.
