I told her I cannot date right now but that I do like her, but she wants our friendship to grow. I was thinking of what I could do to show that I just want to get to know her better, and I thought an e-card for V-day would be a nice gesture. I have a real gift but will not see her today, but this is just to show I am thinking of her. Should I do it? How might she take it?

I've met and fell in love with a guy for the longest time but things didnt work out and he's now long distance. I've tried to like other guys out there but it's just not the same, i can only think about him and dreamed of being with him, i know deep down he's the only guy for me, i've try to open up to him but it doesnt seem like he's willing to try and i'm having a hard time to accept the fact, im devastated..what makes him change his mind? im 13 and being bullied by two 14-15 teens who, recently, bullied me by throwing snowballs at me while i was building a fort with my friend. these two teens have been told multiple times to stop and havnt. what should i do next time they cornor me? p.s. they have dun worse then throw snowballs....

I used to be friends with this girl we was best friends. Then one day my mum sorta got p!ssed off at her and just told her to go home and leave me alone (coz I we're real sick that day and she kept on knockin on our door and all that). My friend never talked to me again after that so on Christmas I sent her a card and a note sayin 'hey are we still friends coz I were thinkin bout gettin you a birthday present what do you want' now I find out she's been tellin my friends that I came up to her doorstep and started swearin at her and sent her rude notes. Today I found out she told my other friend that I'm goin out with the guy that my other friend likes (even though she knows I'm not and is only sayin it to p!ss my other friend off) and now even my other friend doesn't like me anymore coz she thinks I'm a sl*t coz she believes her and I did go out with him but that were 2 years ago not now. So what should I do beat her up or somethin coz she is stompin on my last nerve.

my name is casey i am 11 years old and i need help with my 2 best friends well my friend amanda and bailey never really hung out togeather but they were friends sort of and yesterday i put them on three way and now they are hanging out togather and and are not really hanging out with me but they keep calling me and it got me in trouble but when i was eating i told them that i would call them back when they called me back i told them to not call i would call them back and they called back and they were being mean so i hung up on them so now there mad at me but yesturday i keep getting prank calls and it wasnt showing on my caller id but they would onley call when i was on the phone with her and i didnt think that they were doing it but they called today and whoever was calling me called again today and it said it was my friends so when they called thats when i said not to call me now there mad at me and i dont no what to do please someone HELP ME!!!!!

I'm turning fifteen next month and i have no idea what i want to do. I was thinking of having a party w/ my friends from my swim team, but then I didnt know what we could do. I was also thinking of having a party w/ me and my best girl friends.

I also can't think of what i want for my birthday. I don't need anything for my room, i have a cell phone and an ipod.

I have a friend named Shelby. She kinda has a anger problem I think. She punched me everyday last year at school and touched me on the legs everyday at lunch last year (which was so weird). a senior is spreading rumors that i went out with his dork brother, so he won't be called gay anymore. what do i do?
this senior is my sister's besfriend's boyfriend, so she doesn't want to stand up for me for fear of losong a good friend, so it is up to me but i am at a complete loss. i have no idea what i am goign to do, should i confront him using curse words to get across that i am angry that he is saying these things. i am a freshman btw.

My friend's mom died a few months ago after battling with cancer several times. Her dad left when she was young and no one has seen him since. She does not have any living relatives. She went to go live with a friend and her family. She had to move schools and leave her home and all of her friends. Now she is really depressed and started smoking. I want to make her feel better, but i don't know how. I could not even imagine the pain she is going through. I cannot just say to her everything will be okay...because it is not okay. How do I help my friend?

I find it so extremely weird that none of the relationships ive been in lasted.And that applies to my friends,boyfriends,and to even people ive just met! I don't know..i find myself getting annoyed at people easily.and when someone tries to get close to me,i find that im always trying to get him/her away from me..and i tend to hurt their feelings,unintentionally.But at the end of the day,im the one who ends up with no good friends.How can i change?

I'm 18 in hs, & i have to say everyone who i know (guys) smoke pot. & i mean like about every week (at least twice a month & those are the tamest ones). People sell them too, & it really is everyone i know. It had nothing to do with hanging around a certain crowd, this is a well-to-do suburb & these people are all well-liked and respected but they ALL do pot. Every guy in my grade who has any friends whatsoever!! (and a ton of girls too)

Am I completely wrong and there really is absolutely nothing bad about doing weed & it's completely normal and does no damage?? It's what they live for it almost seems like. And when they're not doing weed, they're drinking.

I don't do either, but is this normal?? (there is a big emphasis on being normal & against being awkward or creepy in this school, & these people act as normal, cool and real as they can all the time, yet they all do this.)

Any thoughts (if it is completely normal i think it's very, very sad, but apparently im wrong)

I dont know how to get rid of my friend we have been friends since HS. I will be 30 this year and I just don't really want her as a close friend anymore. We have had our ups and downs and I change I have grown up a lot in the past year and I just do not really like her personality, she is negative and very messy ALL the time. I am tryin to get myself together, finish nursing school and surround myself around positive and moral oriented people. She has been just dead weight for a very long time. We do not live in the same state but she still finds time to call, text, and email everyday and since the New Year I have been ignoring her and have not called her phone at all, I answer every other 3 TM she sends me and I know she knows I am ignoring she she is emailing me and I ignored that too. I do not want to mean but I just thought maybe she would just back off slightly but it seems like the more I ignore her the more she trys to contact me. I dont like her as a person for so many reasons.

i am not a loner but i am only really close to one girl. i don't hang out with anyone else but her when she is in school and this other girl says that we were lesbians. this is not true by the way. but i can't trust anyone else and everyone else has their own little gang but us. i need some tips on how to get more friends but i still feel that even if i did i still wouldn't be as close to them. please help
