can anyone suggest birthday gifts?
she is turning 21 on march 21st.
21 on 21st (once in a life:) ).
I just wanted make this special.
I can't fly to meet her personally.

If you can cook/bake, I would make 21 personalized fortune cookies for her. They take about 6 minutes per cookie, and are fairly easy, follow an online recipe exactly, but make sure to pick out a recipe with cornstarch in it. I have found these work best. You can buy the cute chinese take out boxes at most craft stores and several have valentine patterns. They make the package and presentation awesome!
Or make a photo book on shutterfly, or winkflash. They have a deal until March 15, a hundred page book for 19.95. It could be of your family, her childhood, family history.
Or maybe just write a very personal poem, about your relationship.
Or maybe 21 akoya pearls on a strand?

That sounds nice that really shows her love. Ask her what sje likes best and something that she really desires get it for her. Nothing out of the ordianary just somehting that says it comes from the heart.
