What should I do. If i don't do something for my mom, she get pissed off and tells me she is never going to anything for me again . And she is going to turn me in for not being there for my daughter. Mind you i am going to get my GED and she babysits for me. She has been doing this all my life. She cuts me down and my fiance I just don't know what to do anymore

I don't feel the need to make time for other people. Have I evolved to a higher and less needy level than normal people or should I be concerned since I don't regret not having a bunch of people, aka friends, around me?

I am really confused with this guy. Me and him were really good friends and were nice and used to go over to each other's house before school started. Now that school has started he has been cating weird. I noticed that he always says stuff behind my back and always hits me for no good reason. Another day he hit me on the face for no good reason and yet he still talks to me as though I was his friend. ANother thing I have found out about him was he is like this to everyone he calls friends. My other friend and him used to be ok with each other. As usual he backstabs, then after my friend beat him up then they were friends. Same thing happened to another kid. He used to say all this stuff about him and then one day he punched him hard and they became friends. I know why because my friend is to scared cause they fight back. I never fight back and am really nice to him. Even though he backstabs he calls me his friend. Should I hit him like others? What should I do?

First of all it has to do with a guy and my best friend. My bff and i have been close for 3 years. Thats the same lenght of time ive liked this guy !he juss sweeps me of my feet even if we dont even talk. Well last year i had foudn out he had liked me but i said i ddint like him. I missed out on a date because 1.im not aloud to date and 2. i coudlnt make it and thought it was out of pitty. Rember i never personaly got invited to this date but my friend said he invited me to teh date. MY boyfriend is mad when I am like not with him all the time and thts not true cuz i am wlasy with him and when i go off to do something he calls and he is like are you mad whats wrong and then we get in a huge arguement over WHY we arent together EVERY MOMENT. I met this girl from Calgary, Canada in college about 4 years ago and we became good friends but then she had to leave and go back home and we kept in touch on and off thru the years but then 2 yrs ago we had a falling out and that really, really hurt, but then one night about 8 months ago out of the blue she started talking to me and apologized to me and we chatted for about 2 months but then they became less and less and I honestly wondered if we were still friends but then I called her on Christmas and everything seemed fine. For several years I've been wanting to go back to school and I now have the chance to do that in Calgary. If I don't go I know I'll miss my opportunity to get to where I want to go career wise and if I saw this girl then it'd be awesome, but I'm afraid it might be seen as "this guy is stalking me" (which I'm not) I have the chance to further my career AND be around her again I just don't want to lose what fragile friendship I already have with her.What do I do?

help!?! my friend lives in springside, saskatchewan canada.
he has DAS, slight autism, stuttering, paranoia, schizophrenia,
his mother yells at him, and treats him cruelly, sometimes beats him,she doesn't let him go out, doesn't let him use the phone.

and he was recently expelled from his 'special' school for getting in a fight with some kids that were tormenting him, picked on him, made fun of him, then they threatened to kill a dog, they messed with him persistently until he got expelled for fighting with them.

he has gone to the police, and told them that she does these things, but she says that he tried to kill her, and they believe her over him, and then that night she beats him. he has gone to child services and they said he cannot be taken because of his ''preferences'', and his mom is forcing him to move out by feb. 2.
they say he is 2 mentally unstable for a normal home, what can he do? is there anything i can do? please help!?!

My friend is turning 21, what should I get her? She seems like she has everything! I need an idea!
I was thinking of taking her out for lunch or maybe taking her to like Holt Renfrew or Mac to pick out some make-up (since she doesn't wear much) and buy it for her, but if I did it feels like she knows how much I spent, I doubt she'll let me pay for lunch either...

Hi all

I saw my ex-girlfriend's Messenger name as "I hate my life I wish I could of died when I had the chance"

She split with me last year, I guess because of her feeling fro her ex but im not bothered about this. We are still friends and txt from time to time but seeing her name like this (she went offline before I could ask) has hit me pretty hard, as it would with any of my friends.

Im thinking about sending an email about calling her.. and asking to meet for a chat or over the phone or something

any advice? wether on the whole asking someone to meet, or depression or anything like this?

I was friends with this girl for almost 13 years and we were so close. It was just me and her, the best of best of friends. Nothing could seperate us. Then some time passed and she started talking to my brother who treated her like a queen and she made a few more new friends. All of sudden our friendship started falling apart piece by piece. She wanted to be around her new friends and she started turning her back on me. When all her new friends were doing was using her and she act as if she couldn't see that. Well I slept with this guy... now i had an argument with him and his best friend. Basically they thought i told this other girl that they stole her stuff, but I didnt. They wont believe me and now they are angry and want to tell the whole class what we did. I couldnt bear it if it got out as a lot of my class are firm christians and i know they would think badly of me.
