I am meeting a friend for her birthday. She is flying out here, so I can't get her anything which will be difficult to take back. She has loads of jewelry, and is very particular about clothes. I haven't got a clue what to get her.

I want to spend around £20 - £30. Any ideas

Im 14 and in grade 9.There is a guy in my school. i talk to him, we laugh alot and he is really funny so i enjoy talking to him. we don't like each other that way (love) i mean. we are not even friends. but every one makes fun of me and keeps on asking, do you like.......i hate that what should i do? i need a clever answer to stop others permanently with out being rude or unpolite?plz take it serius.thanks.

My neighbour has a lovely 2 year old who I took out for halloween. While out at the local mall I dropped into the hairdresser to cut the child's hair. When I arrived home and returned the child to the parents they were angry with me for cutting the hair, stating for religious purposes they keep it messy etc. I did not know that. Tonight the Father arrived at my door to show me the "blothched haircut". I did not answer the knock on the door. He called me onthe cellphone. He said he was here to show me the terrible haircut I had given the child and how she looked now. I told him to "count me out as a friend". He said "I will do that right now. I don't need you". These people were good friends of mine and now we are not speaking and I am afraid of what they might do later....perhaps a lawsuit or something. Need help now.

I like a girl very much but she likes another guy who is also a very good friend of mine. she knows that I like her and all. I sometimes get very jealous because she like my other friend.

Now I am ready to move on and be happy and to forget her. But the problem is that we guys meet up every weekend, and the same feeling get stong. Now how do I move on when I see that girl every weekend and watch her drooling over my friend. I get drunk and even send up fighting with her and later we forget everything and start talking again. My friend knows that she likes him but he is not really in love with her and would only treat her as a sex object (she wont mind either)

So how to forget her when you see her every weekend (we guys hang out together). Now I just cant stop seeing my friends can I ? How do I avoid her and forget her even when she just hangs around with us (hangs around to be with this other friend!! Damn!!!) few of my other friends don’t like her at all..caus she is a very big flirt!! I cant tell her not to meet us anymore caus she will get hurt and she will feel bad

I'm a simple guy who needs friends, only. Why do girls feel different? Why do they think or feel that I'm going to fall in love with them?

I'm a simple adult and a wonderful guy, but no girl sees that and no one seems to understand me at all. I also don't think that, my approach is wrong and I know that I become a close friend very quickly (even 10 mins), but hey.........God made me........FRIENDLY AND CHEERFUL :S..... Someone i know is messing up really bad. She has this B/F who is on drugs. The only time she calls is when she needs help finding him or watching her children so that she can go get him out of harms way. For the first time tonight i had to help out way more than i ever expected to. I was the one who drove to get him. i must add that i was VERY scared. Well on the way home from this really bad place her B/F was in my car while she was in her car. While we were on our way home he decided to tell me something that makes me so sick i cant stand it. He told me that my "friend" also does drugs. I asked him why he told me this and his reply is that he is tired of getting blamed for all of the mess and she comes out of it smelling like a rose. i hope i explained it right. but i guess the question is ....would you turn her in so that she could get help and so that her children dont have to live like this? I am freaking out. Please help.

I don't know... I feel isolated a lot... like... I don't relate to the vast majority of the people whom I communicate with on a daily basis. Some recently seem completely oblivious to me (as I pointed out in a a previous question), some seem to feign interest... it is just... I feel isolated, and don't know what to do.
