My best friend moved to a small town in turkey. She is homeschooled and doesn't have anyfriends! i feel so sad for her! She isnot allowed to have an account so she phoned me and asked me to ask this.

write to her lots !!! send photos to each other that will cheer her up ! maybe you can call her like once a month !
I have lots of friends all over the world we keep in touch by writing to each other and that always makes us happy !!

then your job is hard..if she had some phone number,I would contact her and ask her whereabouts and whether she is happy or not since I live in Turkey. It is too bad that she does not have a computer either...the best course is if you think she is in trouble, we can call 155 (for the emergent cases ----the police) and ask the police to check on her and whether she is fine and everything is going well.

If she has a mobile phone then she can message you and be in contact with you.Or being a friend you can gift it to her as her b'day present in advance.Its not so costly, I think.
