She moved from a small town in Illinois to SF bay area. I have given her a free half month in Aug, her Sept will also be free. In October I want her to contribute $500 per month towards housing expenses (includes utilities). I also want her to split grocery expenses. Should I also ask her to contribute towards going out expenses --- such as movies, shows etc? She will be making close to $3000 per month in her job as a start (and maybe progressing higher). I own my house and the mortgage alone is over $2K. Tell me what is fair?

my long time friend is hurt that i regifted the ring $450.00 to my neice . I had it two years and can no longer wear rings. she thinks i could have had it made into something else. she thinks her act of kindness means nothing to me. thats not true . should i have asked her permission before regifting.

I'll go first. Right after I had my middle son I was sitting in my bathrobe on the floor playing a game with my oldest son who was four. When I got up I realized something didn't feel right. I had sat on his ABC gum and my butt cheeks were glued together. I had to have my husband pick the gum out of my crack. My friends still tease me and call me gum cheeks ten years later. I am 16 and this girl is 13. We have hung out before and she is bad news. She drinks, smokes and sneaks out all the time. She seems way older than she actually is. She just isn't the type of person that I would hang out with. The problem is, she IM's me everyday and asks me to hang out! I keep saying that I can't, but she can't take a hint! Back when I was 12 I remember I got in trouble for prank calling a girl who I thought was pretty. This was before caller ID but she recognized my voice. Her mom called my mom and I got spanked soundly. My mom took me over to their house and made me apologize and told them I got spanked, much to my embarrassment. This girl must have told nearly everyone at school because I was teased about it a lot by the other girls. For example, girls would ask me if my bottom was still sore or they would rub their backsides and giggle.

I have this friend who right now I can't stand. Last year, we moved here in the beginning of the school year at he same time, so we became friends and stuck together like glue. This year we started high school, we are in this college program, thing that is REALLY hard. Beginning from last year she was starting to annoy me and this year it got worse. Last year in the cafeteria, she never wanted me to sit with anyone but her, until she got this group of friends "cooler" than me, then she would ditch me everyday to sit with them, another thing is she would get mad at me for nothing, and start these stupid childesh fights. An example of this is this year, I was talking to this mutual friend of ours and she butted in, I kind of kept talking and she refused to talk to me because I "ignored" her. Then I was going to the movies with 2 friends she doesn't know that I haven't seen in a while she insists on coming, then when I talk to them more than her, she gets mad and complains to my mom!
