tell her straight out. you have better things to do than hanging out with her. don't even answer her messages. the moment that you answer her, even if you decline her invitation, says that you still have time to talk to her.

ask her to go to church or that you can not hang out with her because she is a bad influence but whatever you do do not hang out with her even though you say you wont smoke or whatever she will convince you or something will go wrong and she may look up to you so do the right thing when you are around her ok oh and just tell someone an elder or her parents cops?

If she can't take a hint, you'll need to be blunt with her. Tell her you don't have enough in common and she should find other friends who can hang hard like she does. You don't have to be friends with people just because they want to.
Btw, do her parents know what she is up to? She sounds like she could use a little more parental involvement and supervision. Maybe you could discretely drop a dime on her.

It is best to stay away from people that makes you uncomfortable. Let her know of the problem you are having with her, just tell her the truth. She is not a good influence for you. if you continue to hang with her she might lead to the wrong path of life.you can also pray about it and God will help you to find the correct way of telling her without hurting her feelings.

I think the only way to deal with this is to come straight out and tell her that you don't want to hang out with her. Tell her that your both incompatible with each other and don't like the same things. If she don't understand then it is her problem not yours.

Tell her you think that the stuff she is doing isn't smart, and give her the reasons why. She probably looks up to you, and wants your acceptance. Maybe if you nicely tell her what you really think, she'll think a little harder about her actions. If not, then at least she'll probably stop bothering you.

Invite her to hang out with some of your more appropriate friends.
Maybe take her to meet some friends at a youth group at church.
