Friends - September 2006

Today all the kids in my class turned on me. My friends thought it would be funny to steal my purse at lunch and watch me freak out as I tried to find out where it was. Well they took it too far and pushed me over the edge. I cried. And not only did I cry but I cried in front of my crush. I am really mad at them right now. Do I have something to be mad about? Or am I being ridiculous and I should just move on? Please help. I have to see him at school tomarrow and it is really awkward!!

i notice $ missing from my walet in the house i live in. everytime i leave my room for that split second (to use the bathroom or shower) and return...i would notice $ missing.

i know there's no such question to ask the person who stole it..weather they took it or not...but what can u possibly DO if this happens? accuse them? i have no proof, but i'm pretty sure i know who it is, because his brother says he has a history of nabbing peoples $.

OR..should i just let it slide..and know better next time to not leave my walet around. (which i'm already doing)

he's beginning to look shady around me. should i confront this guy? and HOW? i don't want to have to accuse him (only for him to deny it) and have to face him everyday with that bitterness between us.

any suggestions?

I'm an immigrant to the US and I speak fairly well english even though it's not perfect. when I hung out with my friends back home, i really like to be a part of conversation in a big group. i enjoy making other people laugh and tell stories. now, i moved here and i was hit by culture differences. people jokes differently, they have different conversation and storytelling style, they like to speak different topics. I get stuck in the pack and don't know how to be active in the conversation even though i'm dying to. any body here has a similar experience and what'd be your advice?

So here i am at the interview and they asked me to fill out this here piece of paper. It wants people to be references for me and I suddenly blanked on names! The only person I can think of is Tommy ( I think that was his name) who jumped over me with his dirtbike last year, but i dont know where he is now. I guess there were those guys who covered me with mustard, but I caint tell if they liked me.

i mean..he asked once, ok thats fine. i'll let him. for an "emergency" (to buy cigarettes). then he asked a few times again..this time, to pick up his brother from school. then he asked yet AGAIN, to visit his friend real quick (which was another "emergency") at this point i was ANNOYED. like i was being taken advantage of for being TOO NICE the first few times. but i let it slide. THEN, he asked if he could take my car yet AGAIN, to the store. and since i had a few errands for him to do..i let him borrow it again. thats the FIFTH time in like about a month!!

then TODAY, he asked if i could drive him to work. and yes, i said ok (since i was on my way out anyway). then later, he said work didn't need him. and then asked me AGAIN, if he could borrow my car! i said that i'm going somewhere..and offer to give him a ride. but INSTEAD, he turn the table around and was like.."how bout i drop YOU off with your car and pick u up later"? is this guy NUTS?!?!

i go to a high school, and i seen my childhood crush somewhere and when i seen him old feelings came back and i saw him, and hugged him and what not but the thing of it is is that he wanted to take me to the eighth grade dance, so when i seen him it was just like wow.
but then on the other hand i like this other boy and he is alright, as far as personality but i dont know about him.
and the childhood crush i knew since 3rd grade, its like i grew up with him, and the other boy that i like knows i like him but the thing is, is that we speak but sometimes i hesitate to call him, what does that mean, me hesitating, do i really like him or what?

ok i don't know if this is true but its going all around the school that this girl in a couple of my classes, she was raped last night. i'm not sure if its true but what people are saying is that there was this 20 year old guy at a school football game last night and he was drunk and i don't know what the girl was thinking going with him but she was raped, or at least thats what everyone is saying. she is sortof one of my friends not my best friend but i care about her and i don't want her to get hurt. she was crying a lot today and she was just like "leave me alone" to everyone. and the news even came to the school today because of it. i am really worried about her and i'm not completely sure what happened and i don't want to ask her because i know she won't tell me about it she will only tell her best friend. how can i help her get through this? how can i help her to make sure it won't happen again?

My friend got married when she was 18. Whe was a virgin when she got married and only lost it to her hubby.
I on the other had got married at 25 and I did it (had sex) with my then boyfriend (which is now my hubby) before we got hitched.

she kept saying to me how much of a saint she is and what a good girl and what morals she is because she waited till she got married. but all i kept thinking was

"helooo, u got married at 18. you were so young. of course you waited".
I lost my virginity at 22, and yes, I did it before I got married but then again, I was not ready to get married at such a young age (22), or even 18 like she did.

she keeps badgering me "why didn't I wait". i tell her that I was ready to have sex way before I was ready to say I DO.

and technically, she lost her virginity before me!!! why is she even arguing?
