We are really close friends but he has a girlfriend in Florida. He doesn't even live there!!!!

If he does, it will happen. It should not happen because you do something to make it happen. Think about how you would feel if you were the girlfriend.

Well since he has a girlfriend the best thing to do is see what pans out with the girlfriend first. That is what a good friend should do. Even though he doesn't live there, the fact is he is in a relationship. After you see what happens with the girl, then you should tell him how you feel about him. Chances are that he has been keeping a long distance relationship because he likes you. Ever think about that?

Stop calling him, pretend you are busy. Start go out with different friends. If he call you , and trust me he will. He will ask you what are you doing? Say "O, I am so busy, I met someone and I just spend time with him. The point is ...When we less care they wont us more. I know this is not smart. But that is how men filings work. I am 50 years old. Live with my husband for 30 years. Have son 29 and doughier 23. My husband love me to death. But it wasn't always roses. So I learn a lot thru my mistakes. And today I am very happy women. My doughier always came to me for advise. Respect your self first, and all men will smell that, and will wont you. God luck!

Tell him that u like him, or maybe u like him more than as a friend. If it changes ur friendship, then he is not a friend keeping u away from hurting yourself.

Ask one of yr friends to ask yr friend if he likes anybody and if says yes then ask yr friend to ask him if he likes any one she nows and if he says yes then tell yr friend to start guessing names of girls but tell her not to say yr name first tell her after the 5th name she say tell her to say yr name and if says yes then have yr friend tell u what he said and then just ask him the very next day if he wanted to go out with u and he says yes then u got ytourself a boyfrien or bf

While hanging out at your house, in your room, just whip your top off in front of him (not completey, but wear your nicest bra),pretend your changing, and act like it is no big deal because you have been friends for so long.
Then gauge his reaction.

just tell him that you think you might be into him. then totally change the subject and start talking about something else. don't bring it up again.
if he just wants to do the friend thing.
