You need to grow up. Sometimes you win. Sometimes others win. If she's your friend, be happy for her! At least one of YOU won and not some other shlump you both hate!
Suggestion? If this is how you really spell... you might want to improve that in order to win votes from folks who are after an intelligent candidate. I'm not saying you're not intelligent. I'm saying if you spell like this, even just on the computer, people tend to take that as a sign of ignorance or that the person just doesn't care enough.
Feelings are neither right nor wrong. They just are what they are. The problem is that sometimes your feelings can be so strong and damaging that you could lose a friendship over something that you just allowed to become out of control inside your own head.
Keep in mind that it's not your friend's "fault" that she won. She was voted in. You had an equal and fair chance and others chose her. If you should be mad at anyone, it shouldn't be her. It should be yourself for not being the better candidate and everyone who voted for her because they didn't vote for you. But... maybe the best person for the job won. You really need to consider that possibility instead of just being angry.
The election is over. Is your anger at losing worth your friendship? Think about it. Put yourself in her shoes. She's excited that she won and you're making her feel horrible for being a success. You're not being much of a friend right now. Do you really need to drag her down? If you make her miserable for doing a good job, will that make you feel better? That's jealousy... plain and simple... and there's no place for it here.
Kick your own butt into gear and just try harder next time.

What you need to do is grow up. Now you didn't say whether you won or lost, but with you being so "mad", I take it you lost and now your being a poor sport. Not to mention a bad friend for not being happy that at least one of you won.
If you won and your "mad" because she won vice presidency, than what the hell is your problem?!?
Either way you should have be happy for your friend. Because that's what a real friend would have done.

By the tone of your email, you appear to be ideally suited to politics.
I suggest you circulate a rumour that she rigged the election, then ask for a recount, and at the same time threaten to sue. The school is sure to cave in, and you will get the power and attention that you so crave.

Oi. No need to get petty. I get that you're mad. No need to lose her as a friend though. Get over it. Seriously. I know it's easier said than done, but you've got to atleast try and blocking her isn't a part of 'trying'.

talk to your parents you might just need to cry it out its always hard to accept those kind of things believe me ive been through those kind of things im guessing your like a teenager like me whatever you try to do i mean like try out it doesnt mean youll make it if your not comfortable with it you don't have to talk to her but don't make it a fight i know how you feel really jealous, but its the beginning of the school year, theres more things to try out for try out for something else and you both can talk about what you get to do try a sport team like volleyball, track, cross country, basketball, and if you're in high school theres more if your not that s about it i think but don't worry think about how you will have more time to do homework and maybe you can come to some of the meetings too!

she won, you should be happy for her. you don't sound like a very good friend (or good sport)...maybe that's why you didn't win? - and getting mad won't help the situation, you should deal with your anger and try for student council again next year. Good Luck! I hope you can forgive your friend (who did nothing wrong).

Nobody's gonna vote for a vice president that doesn't know how to spell.
Or one that uses numbers instead of whole words.

Do nothing! You knew going into it, you had a chance of loosing. You can't win everything. So get over it. Maybe, you should concentrate on your spelling. Needs alot of work.
