My best friend moved to another town 2 years ago, since that I've never heard about him, we were so close so, I don't understand what hapened.
Is there a way, a website or someting were I can contact a missing person????

he's not a "missing person." It's not like he's a kidnap or a runaway... he just moved, honey, relax! You can still find him.
Here are some things to try:
-talk to mutual friends, any of his family members that you can find, to see if they have any contact information for him.
-ask the school registrar if she can tell you what town he moved to or what school he transferred. she probably isn't supposed to give you this information, but if you explain maybe she will.
-google his name or his parent's name. if you pay a fee a site called PeopleSearch can probably find an address or phone number.
-check on MySpace, Classmates, and Friendster.
-if you know the town he moved to, get their phone and look him up. If he's not listed, try the local schools to see if he's registered there.
-put a posting on Craig's List "Does anyone know Joe Smith in Anytown, CA?"

Maybe he couldn't keep in contact. Try contacting the family, if you dont have the info, find out what you can do. Don't freak out.
If you really cant get in touch, talk to your local police about the issue. They will help you.

goggle his last name in the town he moved to.
try the on-line white pages too.
I bet you can find him on the net if he has an apartment of his own. and if he lives with his folks you can probably find him though their name.
