That is really sad that your friend decided to put herself in that sort of position. Really, the best way to help her is to be a friend. Be there for her, and be a shoulder to cry on. Don't try and press for answers, just let time do it's job.

wow. tough situation. if the rumors are true, your friend is probably feeling very very sensitive about the issue. i would recommend counseling of some sort, maybe through a school guidance counselor. also, i would recommend that she report this guy to the police. if the rumors are not true, however, try to do everything you can to make sure people know they are false. rumors are a nasty thing, but i hope you can work something out and help your friend. good luck!

I see your dillema, but get a grip. Just tell her you're there for her, give her your number, that sort of thing. Make her a card and get a lot of her friends to sign it and put their phone numbers on it, but keep it a secret until you get someone (preferrably her best friend) to give it to her. Try to cheer her up, but don't remind her of it, even if it isn't true, it could be just a nasty rumor. Who knows? But you need to be strong for her, not just trying to look good in her eyes. Be nice to her, and offer to let her come to your house, or joke with her, or maybe try to help her get together with her crush. Eventually, she'll relax a little but I can't say she'll forget it because she probably won't.

That is the worse thing that can happen to a girl!!! You can't do anything, just try to be her friend! You CAN'T ask her anything about that if she don't tell you! Everything is up to her, she should turn that guy to the police! His place is in jail! I don't know are you a good friend to her?If you are, call her to come and visit you, and try to talk to her, advice her to go to the police and send that bustard to prison! Tell her what you heard at school, and ask her is that true? Try to comfort her..... somehow :/

Your best bet would be to stay out of the way for at least some time till she is ready to talk to you.

Tell her to always have friends with her when she goes out, and not to go with drunk older guys. tell her that we all make mistakes, and all she can do is learn from this and make wiser choices is in the future.

I suggest giving her some space for now, but in awhile when it passes over, treat her no differently because no one wants sympathy over something they want to forget. Just let her know your there for her anytime.

Just be her friend and if or when she opens up to you then try and help but there isn't much you really can do for her except just be there for her.
