i have this best friend, i want us to be more than best friends, she doesnt know how i feel, but now shes moving, i feel like i should tell her, but im scared of getting rejected for the last time

I met a guy on some website and he pretended to be my nationality but he is not, he also gave me a fake name. He eventually came clean and I e-mailed him my disappointment. I have not spoken to him since. He explained he studied in my country and loves to speak the language. He says he never intended for me to think he was someone else. I have no romantic interest in this guy just pure internet chit-chat. I feel not only disappointed but betrayed. Maybe I am just over reacting.

What do you all think?

I'm having a problem with my friend.....she and i have been friends since 5th grade.....here's the problem....she always goes after the guys that she knows i like.....first, it started harmlessly....me telling her that i liked a certain guy and then her sayin' she liked him too....nothin' big, right? well, then, this past year, i told her i liked this guy, and then the next few days, she was sayin' that she liked him too....she even asked him out multiple times! What should I do? should i just ignore it, or what?????

My best friend is a foster child and the week her foster dad took in another boy meaning that she will have to be moved. And that's not really the big deal the big deal is that no other place in Kansas will take a girl for private foster care. I'm not sure what I'm going to do without her she's been here since I moved here and that was 3 yrs. ago. The agency told me that if she's lucky the farthest she'll go will be California.

ok. these girls at highschool are so much fun. theey are fun nice and just all around ppl 2 hang out with. but the problem is tyhat they always get into trouble. they smoke drink and and everything. and they invited me to this teens night club this weekend but to get in i have to lie to my parents and say Im js sleeping over. and i really wanna fit in and do sumthing crazy and fun this year that ill remember foreva. wut shuld i do??

so, i have this really good friend who is SO sweet, and SO nice. We are like best friends...although we never did give eachother our phone numbers...one day he does. I have this friend, she is like my best friend, but everytime she's around her other friends, she tells other people stuff that I don't want others to know. She like knows that I don't want anyone else to know, but, still keeps talking about it. Like, today, she was yelling stuff out really loud at lunch so everybody could hear. I didn't want my other friends to know, because I didn't know them as well, and I though I could trust her. But, after she just blurts stuff out today that I didn't want other people knowing, I was really annoyed at her. I tried to make her shut up, but she went on.... I'm not sure if I can really trust her anymore, even though I used to tell her like everything. And, she thinks it's funny when she tells all of our other friends, even though I don't want them to know. But, she's like the only person I can really talk to.
