My best friend is a foster child and the week her foster dad took in another boy meaning that she will have to be moved. And that's not really the big deal the big deal is that no other place in Kansas will take a girl for private foster care. I'm not sure what I'm going to do without her she's been here since I moved here and that was 3 yrs. ago. The agency told me that if she's lucky the farthest she'll go will be California.

I'm sure this is really hard for both of you. It's a very unfortunate system we have in this country, hopefully it will improve. You can always stay in touch with each other though, you can write to each other, email, call or whatever. I wish I had some great words that would help. Good luck.

Thats really tough for you and especially for her. There isn't really anything you can do unless you have any family or friends who would be willing to become foster parents and foster her.
