ok. these girls at highschool are so much fun. theey are fun nice and just all around ppl 2 hang out with. but the problem is tyhat they always get into trouble. they smoke drink and and everything. and they invited me to this teens night club this weekend but to get in i have to lie to my parents and say Im js sleeping over. and i really wanna fit in and do sumthing crazy and fun this year that ill remember foreva. wut shuld i do??

That's a tough one. Try to distance yourself from them slowly so as not to annoy them. The good thing is you already know what they do is wrong, so it shows you have both good sense and standards.

Really simple, if you want to judge something, anything, look at the fruits.
With other words, if hanging out with these friends gets you in trouble, avoid hanging out with them, or don't do this as frequently as you were used to.
Why ? Simple again, everything you do has consequences.
Worst case scenario if you keep hanging out with them:
They will soon go over to some other heavier drugs / drinking and you will have a hard time saying "NO"..
Keeping this course your in means : Heading for faillure.
Golden rule: Never try to please others, just to fit in.
If this goes to far, you WILL be the proud owner of a policerecord and it will be hard to find a decent Job later on.
Everything you do now, will have consequences for you later......
Advise?
Try other friends.

It's just a high school phase but once they leave and enter the real world they will just be like everyone else. Employers don't care if you were the cheerleader, quarter back for your team etc. They only care that you can do your job. Just be yourself, high school will eventually be over and done with. Uni life is so much more better and most people get along, they are less inclined to group into groups of popualr kids etc.

Oh brother. Why are these girls cool? Because they drink and smoke and lie to their own parents? Why would you want to be that way? It's much cooler to have a mind of your own and do your own thing, with friends who won't get you grounded for life. My sister is one of the most fun, fabulous people I know, and she's never had a drink in her life. Guys want her, girls love her, and she rocks. You can have fun and do memorable stuff without sacrificing your morals.

this could potenitally be a VERY crazu night, as in, imagine what these girls would DO? Do you really want to be a part of something so stupid? Trust me, being popular means jack when you get out of highschool and you'll regret it if somethign goes very wrong (as it's likely to) and your parents will probably find out and you'll ruin their trust. However, do ONLY what you want to do and what your mind tells you is the right thing.

im 24 now. and i look back at things alot, in fact i do sorta miss my high school years, but other times i look at the things i did to fit in. just because its fun doesnt mean its right, and doesnt make you popular just cause you hang with them, lots of people are popular from the attention they draw to themselves, and i just rather have people like me for the good attention, and not the bad attentioin.

How about you be orginal and don't be a little android just because they tell you to do something who cares about being popular that just makes people talk about you behind your back and have people hate alot.So go get some friends you can relate to who do things you do and great.

You can still hang with them. Doesn't mean you have 2 smoke & drink with them. I hung out with a group of chicks that did that. I didn't & they didn't care. If they're really as cool as you say...then they won't care if you do or don't.

these ones don't seem legit bc real friends wouldnt pressure you into doing something you dont want to do
