I have lots of addictions. Was addicted to drugs, booze, gambling, woman and rock 'n roll. Gave up the booze and drugs many years ago with the help of 12 step program of A.A.. Gave up the gambling when I had myself barred from casino's, self exclution. So only left with woman and rock 'n roll. With woman have met a wonderful, joyful spirt that I will be marrying next May 20. With rock 'n roll, well we all have to keep at least one vice. Ha! I am very happy and proud of my accomplishments regarding getting and staying clean and sober. I love my woman more than the air that I breathe and would do anything for her except take a drink.

Smoking, smoke about 15-20 a day i cope by smoking them???
Sex - on my mind all the time
Shopping - im £500 quid in debt cos of that
Internet - im supposed to be working
Alcohol - vodka before bed.
yeah so.... hmm.

im addicted to gym. can not work, can not go to restaurant in the evening, don't have time for friends, hardly have time for children. i don't cope with that. why would i? i like having nice body

yes to blow pop suckers amazingly my teeth don't suffer because i brush regualy but i always have a sucker in my mouth coping isn't the answer either i have them or i don't and get mad
