Friends - July 2006

My friend smokes pot and i really don't want to get involved! i tried avoiding her but then i found out she gets her drugs from her parents! i can't just keep avoiding her! wat should i tell her? Before u answer this question i want u to put ur salf in this situation! We've been best friends since i can remember and i really don't want my parents to know that not just her but that her parents smoke crack to! I'm so confused! HELP!!!

Ok, this is my situation. My husband and I live with a friend of mine and her daughter. We pay her $350 a month for a room, we buy groceries, and put at least $80 in her gas tank every week. She lets me use her car to take my husband to work and pick him up. We also pay for oil changes and other upkeeps on the vehicle. Not to mention I watch her daughter sometimes when she has to work. Well, she was pissed off today for different things, but when she gets pissed off she leaves with her car and we are stuck without a way to go anywhere. We are trying to get another car, but money is really tight right now. She took off tonight and whenever she does that, she doesn't come back when she says and the car is on empty. When we are upset, we can't just leave for the weekend, we have to go in our room and shut the door. I don't think it's fair that when she is pissed off, she takes it out on us. If we try to confront her about it, it will only make her more angry. What should I do?

I liked a guy and he was really nice. I was friends wit him first, then I told him, but he was really cool and understanding about my feelings. But the relationship wouldnt work because the feeling wasnt mutual. So, we stayed friends. We have a group of mutual friends. And I've gotten to know one of his freinds and i really like the guy. I was thinking of going for it, meaning take action for my new feelings. But I'm afraid that it might hurt my credibility. Would it make me look like i'm easy? or desperate? because i've moved on but to a guy taht is already in the group and is already such good friends with the first guy.

I have a friend ( friend 1 ) who always like everyday gets angry at me and another friend ( friend 2 ). No matter what she has a reason to get mad at us. My very first boyfriend, I met at age 12 (almost 13) I stayed at my cousins house for the summer, and met him. We were the same age, and spent the whole summer infatuated with eachother. We were each others first kiss. After the summer, we didn't speak again...

Until we were 20 years old. We ran into eachother at the fair. We went out a couple times, and I ended up moving away...

Now, 7 years later; we have found eachother again.

we are both from the west coast; now live on the east coast, only he is down south....

But it makes me wonder...

Is this fate? And is fate even real???

People that I use to consider friends are all partying way to much for their health. Some of them are just too busy having kids and searching for their soulmates. All I want is just someone to be able to call up and say "hey let's go for drinks" or "let's go shopping" I just need help. I'm so tired of sitting at home, the internet has become my life when I'm not at work. I've tried numerous hobbies...crafting, cooking, writing and drawing. I am a good person with a kind heart and I give way more than I get. I spend time with my boyfriend but sometimes you just need time away. I'm sure some of you understand that. I'm not a big bar person, I do shoot a lot of pool so sometimes I run into people I use to know. I just need a pal. Any suggestions?

ok so i have become really good friends with this guy at school. I'm not legal yet, but I drink and I don't act stupid like some of these people. I act pretty much the same as when I'm not drinking, but others turn into completely different people and start acting retarded. And then there are people who fight, and also girls who become SO easy and slutty after a drink or 2. Why do so many people act like this?

I know a nice guy. He's smart, funny, has his own business. Thing is, he stutters at times when he talks. I am not sure if it is me or what. I was only around him in large groups, so I didn't notice.
