I know a nice guy. He's smart, funny, has his own business. Thing is, he stutters at times when he talks. I am not sure if it is me or what. I was only around him in large groups, so I didn't notice. Now he intersted in a date. I am trying to keep an open mind. Would you all date a person who stutters?

It wouldn't bother me and perhaps if you made him feel really comfortable with you his stuttering wouldn't be so bad.

Try looking up successful people who stutter...James Earl Jones, Ecric Roberts, Winston Churchill, Tiger Woods, James Stewart...to name a very few...why would you even ask such a question, by the way, in my youth I stuttered...Personally I don't think you deserve this guy.

What has always mattered to me the most is whats on the inside. Why not give the relationship a chance and see how things go from there? And yes, if when I met my wife if this would have been her problem I still would have married her.

it's the person behind the stutter you want. lot of stutterers do it cause they are self conscience about themselves.if you like him date him.maybe after he is comfortable around you he might not stutter as bad.he can see a speech therapist.

stuttering is fine i do it a lot ;) but i don't stutter when i type it's either terretsyndrom or just a speech impedament if he's coo and nice go fer it

make him order both ur meals and see if the waiter can keep a straight face...then when he laughs say u want free meals for insultin ur date

Only date him if you can be NON-judgemental, and enjoy him and be proud of him.
Don't let stupid (demon) PRIDE make your choices for you...Make your decision yourself, without wondering what others would think of him....ONLY GO BY what YOU think of him.

he cant help it its a condition he has no control over, but you can help him learn how by teaching him to pronounce words
