I have a problem with a family member who will not let me see my deseased Father's will. I do not know the name of the attorney who drew up the will. I think this famly member is draining my inheritance. The family member is my mother,his former wife. And yes I know there is a will. Everytime I bring up the subject she has no time to talk or she changes the subject or ends up not even answering her phone for weeks. She lies constantly about pretty much everything whenever I get her on the phone.

Recently I've been having two or even three dreams where the face of a friend who's no longer a friend apeared... See, a little more than half an year ago, he decided to make himself disappear for me. By that I mean, he asked me to forgot everything about him... his address, his name, and basically his existance. I decided that he was a really bad friend and did as he wished. But then, I knew that he was the cause for the pierce in my left year and he was the one that helped me find out more about stuff any teenager should know like b/j, sex, making out with a girl, etc. I knew I was a total loser next to him since everytime something like that would come up in a conversation and I'd say I don't know what that is, he'd be swearing and all...

He's been known to cut school quite often, but after he decided to delete me from his friends list figuratively speaking, I saw him a bunch of times at school. But for the last 2 or 3 months before Summer began, I didn't see him anywhere

I know a compulsive liar who keeps lying even though it is obvious to both of us that they are untrue. He sometimes gets himself in more trouble by lying. He lies about big and small things. He tells people his father is alive though his father died when he was 4. He lies about everything! Why????

I don't think it is, but i have LOADS of boymates, and i have no intention of starting anysort of reletionship... but everyone when they pass me and i'm walking with a boy around the place, they say, stupidly, like, 'ooooh... look whats happening!' or similar stupid things. It really annoying!

im 18 and it seems like i cant ever find a group of people that can become my frinds to go out with on friday nights....i live in jacksonville florida....the friends i have are either younger than me and cant go out or they are just my "work friends...and they do drugs or have problems...i have a best friend who is 18 but we want to go out with a group of people not just our selves....CAN SOMEBODY OUT THERE HELP ME????

My friend took something I said and twisted everything to suit her. She then told another person the revised version of what I originally said. Now this other person hates me and refuses to talk to me because she thinks I said something which I really didn't. Meanwhile, she has made no effort to contact me even though she knows her actions have caused me alot of grief. Everyone says don't bother with her anymore but I want to give her a piece of my mind. So im friends with this girl and were not super close, but im worried about her. See, shes probably never had a "seirious" boyfriend, and when im talking to her in person shes realy happy and upbeat. but her myspace profile makes her look like some kind of a suicidal emo girl. she talks about how she hates love and how so many guys have lied to her, yet i know shes never had a real boyfriend. how do i tell her that the best way to get over her feelings is to stop dwelling on them and move on to the better things in life without making her hate me?

Okay....I've been seeing this guy for the past 7 months. We met eachother after we both had just gotten out of long term relationships. He's been saying from the beginning that he wasn't looking for another relationship. At the time I felt the same, but after all that we've been through and have done, I've found myself wanting to be with him. He keeps telling me to hold on and just wait a little while and that we'll be together one day. Is this just something to keep the friends with benefits role going or is in sincere?? I feel like he's taking advantage of our friendship by making me believe that tomorrow something else may happen. Should I get out of this situation and try to return to the "Friends without benefits?"

I guess if you've seen all my other questions (except the emo one) you'll have guessed I'm having a few problems with friends at the moment. And I know it's not their fault. I have loads of great friends, but I always feel left out. I always try to avoid arguments, I try to go along with what everyone wants me to do, but I end up not being able to speak my mind and when I do start the occasional argument or disagreement I feel even worse for it. Please help! I don't want things to continue like this! I just want to be able to be a good friend and to be able to be who I really am and want to be. Thank you.
