Family & Relationships - 1 March 2007

Well I only have 17 more days to finalize guest lists... We just decided last week to finally get married after bring engaged since Aug. 2005 and NOW Have a 8 month old baby. We decided suddenly because we just want to finally be married.

Almost everything is planned. Caterer, photographer, dress, tuxedos, officiant, ceremony site, reception site...everything but the guest list...people cant just say "YES ILL BE THERE...or NO I CANT MAKE IT" They have to draw it out...JUST DECIDE!!!

I just started going out with this guy about a week ago and things aren't going too well. He seems to be talkative around every other person EXCEPT ME! It's so agrivating. Like, sometimes we can talk nonstop but it's hard to get going. I have to start most of the conversations and it's just hard! I've never had a boyfriend before so I don't know what things are like the first couple of days. [I'm 14] I really like him and I'm pretty sure he likes me a lot too, I just don't know what to do!! Any advice would be soooooo much help!

There was a guy who was online that had a big laundry list of what he wanted and didn't want in a woman. Another words, if you are looking for a plaything, buy a toy, golddigger? keep going, emotional issues? keep going. That might be o.k if he was perfect but this guy admits he has herpes but hasn't had an outbreak in over a year? He should be lucky to find someone who would risk their health to get involved with him (although he admits having many relationships in the past few years). Doesn't he come across as arrogant when he isn't exactly that great himself? What woman would want someone with herpes as a toy?

my best friend likes this guy but he is about 1 inch shorter. she is scared to stand next to him because they might figure out the hieght difference and never talk to each other agian. so what happenes all the time is that she likes him and he likes him but they never actually stood next to each other and some day somehow they will so what do you think she should do? and do you tihnk he will care if she is taller...or will it make a BIG difference in the relationship and they will dump for stupid reasons.???

I like this girl in my school that I find pretty hot but i dont know if she likes me back. Last year , I sat next to her in math and she would always poke me with her pencil and try to act funny. At my middle school graduation i was also next to her and 1 min. we were talking and like after 5 min. shes like, " i forgot u were here." wtf? My fiance/boyfriend and I have just broken up after a long struggle with trying to make the relationship work. I was ok with him but he was not ok with me. . .So many things about me that he didn't like or things/mistakes I made that he could never get over (nothing serious) . .He is a very pedantic person and I was willing to work with that, but he seemed to think that I was too flawed to be with him. I am still heart broken & still kind of in denial.

HOW do I get over this broken down relationship and move on? I am moving out of the house we bought together in a couple of weeks. It's so painful for me because I invested so much into this relationship emotionally etc & now I feel it's all been thrown back in my face. I wanted to work things out but he wants me to go. But strangely wants to see if things can be rekindled once I've moved out (which I think is a bit bizzare). I just need some words of advice as to how to build a bridge, get on with my life & not look back.

About half a year ago, i met syid...i met him on my way to work in the coffee shop down the road, he came right up to me and asked to sit down, i wasnt in a hurry and he was VERY cute so i told him could. he sat down and just started talking and he kept being dreamy and looked at me and told me very many nice things, anyway after a while he asked me very nicely...i remember the exact words " i dont want to move to fast but....can i ask you something?" i smiled and respected that he asked me if he could ask me something, and so i said yes than he asked if he could see me again, i told him that i had work but mabey on saterday night, anyway we agreed and that saterday night we met eachother and went out, he took me home very nicely and then asked me a little while later if we could go again. so we did and then again and again, soon we were in a relationship and were very happy, then we moved in together and got very serious, but about a week ago i saw him doing something weird...
