I LOVE geeks...don't get me wrong. I am one myself (haha) and I noticed that a good sci-fi TV show all have their own 'geek'/s.

For example 'Stargate:Atlantis' - the scientist gambling over chess to win anime dvd collections.

'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' - some characters are fans of D&D, role playing etc.

'Spaced' series - classic show, full of 'geeky' stuff. Love it.

What do you think?

I read a comment in a magazine that the staff were debating whether it was as good as 'Doctor Who'!

I think both are great in their own way and not to be compared... 'Doctor Who' has been around for centuries.

'Primival' is showing some promise...especially as its a British sci-fi. Not many brit sci-fi seem to do too well which is a pity - so this is refreshing.

I am hoping the writers don't mess it up!

Just watched the lastest episode of 'Stargate:Atlantis' and Dr Carson got killed off. (I liked him!) :-(

That happened to Dr Janet Fraser in 'Stargate:SG1" few seasons ago.

Does it mean if your a doctor on either show, your doomed? Just like anyone who befriends any of the main characters usually die?? Reminds me of the classic Star Trek extras in red shirts who always got unlucky. ha ha

I really didn't like Rudy when he said he doesn't care what Simon has to say. I mean come on, Simon is the Judge! Simon has power about who stays and who goes. So for Rudy to say something like that was totally arrogant and stupid. I personally didn't care for his singing either. He sounded somewhat squeaky.

Where Homer Simpson falls into a black hole or porthole into another demention? And his family are trying to find him? I think it was a Haloween episode. Either that or I totally imagined/dreamt it up. I dunno, I just thought I remembered seeing this ep when I was young, but I haven't seen it since. BTW, it's not the Treehouse of Horror one where they move into the haunted house, but that was sort of like it.

I grew up with Johnny on late night, now after almost 15 years, I see his re-runs (half hour segments) on PBS in So. Cal. He makes me laugh so hard, and I get tears thinking that he's not here anymore. I'm just wondering if anyone else appreciated his humor, I mean in a younger generation than he was living. Jay Leno is great, as is David Letterman, and Conan O'brien, all so funny, but Johnny was the King in my opinion, anyone disagree?

Ok, now I am begining to get frustrated with this whole... who will date who thing... because I thought that Addison, and Alex were going to hook up, but after what she and Mark were talking about tonight, I don't see that happening.

I just watched the whickerman what exacttly is the point fo the lady and kid and the car at the beginning? Obviously it had soemthing to do with the summersville place because it shows in a flashback them turning into bees. But still what was the point? Also how did they just magically dissapear when they got hit? Makes no sense

It's made with, like, what looks like magazine cut outs and cloth and stuff and is about this girl with bright red hair... one episode involved a hamster... And I CAN'T remember what it's called! DRIVES ME INSANE!! You know on the show "Unfabulous" how the theme song is done with the head attatched to the little weird body thing? The whole show was like that.

Please help me!
