I felt as though he had died all over again at the end tonight....I cried. Anyone else? Anyone who doesn't like the show, don't bother answering - it will get tagged as abuse.

I just loved his character. I think him and Izzie would of made a great couple outside of him being sick. How they did his character serious, but allowed his comical personality to shine during the arguement with the "bomb squade" guy who took the bomb from meredith and died.

Izzie also really shined up and can tell she is moving on, but still that void is present. I can also tell the writers inscripted that she was thinking/comparing the loss of Denny to Meredith's experience. She was scared and trying to have hope beyond everyone else's.

I think she is more hopeful, but her character seems more panicy and jittery since Denny died. Like they killed a little part in her character's personality.

I think he is a good actor and was a good part to play on Grey's Anatomy.

Yes, I watch Grey's tonight so good. It was sad when Denny and Izzie was standing at the exact place and in the same moment and they felt each other, such a tear jerker. Denny and Izzie was great together and the actor who plays Denny is easy on the eyes. But I think Izzie is going to date Mark soon.

Yes!!! I loved Denny when he was on the show, and I was so excited to see that he was the main person talking to Meredith. When Izzy stopped in the hall, I was like, OMG it's Denny, then when he said her name, I deffinetly teared up... I just wanted to jump thru the screen and give him a big hug for her!

I did get a good laugh tho when Denny and the bomb guy were arguing, and Denny said, Excuse me, Mr. I've been dead longer than you have!

I will miss him even more now!!!

You got it backwards.

For a moment there at the end when Izzie was feeling all alone Denny's spirit came to her and she felt his love once more.

If anything you should be feeling he will never die as long as Izzie is there to love him.

Of course, I was wondering why Izzie was going home. Derek and Meredith are in the hospital and George is at the hotel. that leaves her alone. I think she should have stayed and let Derek get some sleep. After all he dove in the bay to save Meredith.

Yeah, I agree with you and I think that Denny was more at peace during his departure this time more than the first time. I was glad to see that he was still madly in love with Izzie even after the way he had to go; I'm not saying that the first time she intentionally killed him but she did let him go with the hope that the heart would return - it's just hard on me. Anyway, he's at peace in his soul and in death; it's good to see that he and Izzie still share that connection that they both recognize together.

Denny i wish could mysteriously come back to life (fairy tales dreams i know) It was so heart breaking to watch that last night i'm so glad its over and so happy that Ellis is gone (does that sound awful) Meredith can go on w/ herlife w/o the critizism of her mother. Very moving episode.

oh yeah. nearly made me cry. i was juggling between that and scrubs for the first half hour (HUGE scrubs fan, i usually catch greys on fridays, but tonight i couldnt resist) and i was so addicted. greys usually has a pretty decent impact on me, but tonight even more so. i was nearly screaming at the tv "dont call it! dont call it!" when they almost gave up on meredith. i cant believe how emotionally invested i was in it.

i dont know how you could NOT like the show. its just a great show. there is nothing to dislike, imo.

No, I didn't cry. I love Grey's Anatomy, but the magic is starting to wear off for me.

Y'all need to get a grip. It's a great show, I love it. BUT, it's just a show! It wasn't like he "died all over again" because he'd been dead the whole show. If you're crying over a silly TV show you have way too little emotion invested in life. Sad? Maybe. Heartwrenching? No. But a darn good show.

I liked seeing him as he had a good perspective on life and death and really helped Meredith...
