Erica goes into labor and has twins, which was a big surprise to Chandler and Monica. They surprised the other friends by bringing the babies in one at a time. Chandler and Monica pack up to move out of the city.
Phoebe and Mike decide to have kids.
Ross realizes he still loves Rachel, but Rachel leave for the airport to go to Paris before he can tell her. Phoebe races him to the airport to try and stop her, but they go to the wrong airport. Phoebe then calls Rachel and tells her she has a feeling something is wrong with the plane. This causes a whole broo-ha-ha that delays Rachel's flight. Phoebe gets Ross to the correct airport before Rachel leaves and he tells her that he loves her. But, she still gets on the plane. When Ross gets home, he has a message from Rachel on his machine saying she loves him too. As the message ends, you hear her trying to get off the plane but it ends before the conclusion. Ross is flipping out and keeps asking "Did she get off the plane?" The you hear Rachel behind him say "I got off the plane." It was a sweet moment.
At the end, they all look around Monica's empty apartment and decide to go have coffee. Chandler asks where. (Not as funny as it was supposed to be.)
