It's made with, like, what looks like magazine cut outs and cloth and stuff and is about this girl with bright red hair... one episode involved a hamster... And I CAN'T remember what it's called! DRIVES ME INSANE!! You know on the show "Unfabulous" how the theme song is done with the head attatched to the little weird body thing? The whole show was like that.

ohh i think know what you are talking about. It was on nickelodean right? I know there was a show called Angela Anaconda that matches your description.

Are you sure this wasn't a dream you had? I just can't think of anything like that and I thought my girls watched all the "odd" shows. Hope someone knows, cause it's awful when you can't recall something. My kids call that a brain fart.
