Has anyone heard the In new music we trust ad on Radio1 recently?
What is the bed music called?
The voice over starts off by saying "trust radio 1 to bring you the best new music from across the UK and from around the world".

For me its not so much the type of song but the way it was used. The X Files episode Home about a psychotic inbreeding famliy had the song Wonderful, Wonderful by Johnny Mathis featured. Nice song pick. Somehow it was appropriate

One of my favorites is "Once Upon a Time" and I absolutely love Tony Bennett's version:

I dont see why people get upset when their favorite band is put on the radio. Thats how they get noticed and draw crowds to their shows. "The underground" scene is so silly! I listen to alot of radio, so if I dont hear you then your not good and you really have to impress me straight up! Thats the way its been since the music industry started!
