Okay I am refining my question from yesterday

Who can give me some songs from 1967 that have to do witih wealth, power, sucess, or achievement?? I'd prefer if it wasn't too psychadelic. Something more mainstream people would have listened to maybe.,..

any ideas would be great. I've done alot of checking, and haven't found what I'm looking for yet.

It's a British song I think. She is singing about her brother being a pot head, and his name is Alfie. It's kind of a funny song. Someone please tell me..it'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I never heard a more generic music, yet still listened to by the masses. Why can't you people appreciate good music? It's disgusting.

Greenday was a great band back in the 90s. I listened to them. But then everybody tried to imitate Greenday and this filth came out. All with their nasally voices and simple melodies. Anybody can play this crap. How many bands are there? seems like millions. And yet people are endorsing it, absolutley stunning.

My guess is people will give it 3 more years until they realize how bad this music is.

I am looking for any kind of song that is about the number 3. I dont care what genre or the artist or anything. It just has to talk about the number 3 or have 3 in the chorus. Let me know the name of the song and the artist if you can. If for some coincidence you have the song digitally you would be my favorite person ever. Thanks for your help.

My favorite funny ones are:

"Last night I came home at 2 with a "10" and at 10 I woke up with a "2" - a song by Willie Nelson

" The last thing I gave her was the bird, and she returned the favor with a few selective words"- The Bird by George Jones

The Girls All Get Prettier At Closing Time by Mickey Gilley

and probably the strangest title to a song I have ever heard is Drop Kick Me Jesus Through The Goal Post Of Life by Kris Kristofferson.

Name some!

Hey tell me if this is any good. Tips are wanted. Please be honest!!!

Verse 1:
Walking down the street last night
When I came across a girl
She was a real nutter
With hair out of this world
Yet she caught me by surprise
I couldn’t sleep that night
Cause I’m in over my head.
Yes, over my head.

Chorus:
And I’m singing
There’s this one girl
And she dominates my world
Beautiful long blonde hair
Any excuse to stare
I wish she could be mine
Oh all mine

Verse 2:
She’s a touch immature at times
But man is she rather fine
Nice Body, good personality
The whole package in one
Yes, I’d Stay up all night
Just to talk to her

(repeat chorus)

Verse 3:
I dream about that girl
Just wanna hold her everynight
Ye, I think about that lady
And I miss her all the time
I really love you baby
Will it ever be you and me?

(repeat chorus)

As this world comes to an end
I hope we are still friends
I’d hold your hand, sit next to you
You were the love of my life.

Hi there, I'm working to get in a music school this year, but I'm twenty now and I've never played an instrument. I have done a little research on these instruments, but I want to learn that which one has more chance to get me in a local symphony orchestra after a 4 years of practice in school? I heard bassoon may have a little more chance due to its rarity but I don't know how easy to master it. I appreciate all comments, thanx.

Hey I'm an 15 year old kid whos loves songwriting but i want to know. Answer Honestly. Am I any good??? Advice would be appreciated as well.....

Have you ever been so down.
That you wished you were not born.
Like with every step you took
Another problem arised.
Then without warning you crack
You fall to the ground
You shout aloud.
You’re sick of this life.

You know you’ve hit rock bottom.
Whilst your lieing here on the ground.
And no, you can’t go on no more
You’re out of it.
Out of it.

Should have never
Walked through that door
Much worse than not living at all.
Cause Yeah I’ve been to hell and back
And it’s nothing like the brochure
But I tough it out
I rough it out
For the greater good will come

You know you’ve hit rock bottom.
Whilst your lieing here on the ground.
No, you can’t go on no more
You’re out of it.
Out of it.

And as time carries on
Some will struggle to move on
But as a great man once said
If it don’t kill us
It makes us stronger
