I recently received an iPod Nano from a friend who doesn't use theirs anymore. The only thing they gave me was the actual iPod. I have a PC computer. Will I still be able to use the iPod with my computer? What do I need to buy to go with it?

My kid (age 16) is in a band that was invited to try out for it locally. The band hasn't been around too long, so I was doubtful about why they'd be asked, though they're pretty good. They decided not to enter as they didn't feel they had enough songs. SO...is it a scam (the invitation) or the real thing? Is it appropriate for teens? I'm sure he'll ask again next year.

I want the songs, Boston by Augustana, Dark Blue by Jacks mannequin, or Because of you, by kelly Clarkson. I am not allowed to download anything on my computer, and I can't pay for it either, thanks for your help. i was also wondering, Its not illegal to get sheet music without paying is it? this is a really specific question...but here it is:

ive been trying to play some black sabbath, im getting the right chords/riffs....but was wondering how i can get that black sabbath sound. i have a line 6 spider III amp with the artist presets-right now im using the iron maiden sound..it sounds like the 70s sound, but i am wondering what i should set my guitar tone settings to...should i turn the treble all the way down? bass all the way down? treble all the way up with bass all the way down?...etc..etc..etc.
