What is the best way to jump start a singing career?

I have been interested in starting a singing career but I don't know where to start. Do I look for a singing coach or do I look for someone who can help me manager my career? I am really serious about this and would like to know what is the best step to really put myself out there. I have no real vocal training but I sang in a gospel youth group when I was younger. Will that be enough?

Who is killing Hip Hop?

im a big hip hop fan but it seems like there isnt good rappers around. there are a few but a lot of the good ones are underground. they need to be recognized. Anyways who do u think is killing it.

I have been working on this song for my debut mixtape demo to send in to universal records and I sorta need some help finishing it so without furthur interruptions here it go..........
