I was watching some clips from when the Rolling Stones were on the Ed Sullivan show around 1966. I noticed that during the song, "Let's spend the night together", the group had to sing "Let's spend some time together". Does anyone know why?

I am looking for serious answers my son is into the song-writing and has come up with few demo's he has done himself on the computer. I was told I should notarize his lyrics and protect them from being stolen as it often happens. That is no problem because I can do that...my concern is with the Demo CD he had created with him singin with music and all finished. Could it be possible that I can put a copy of that CD on an envelope and notarize it?...I don't know if that is the proper way to protect his hard work I would not want his talent to be exploited by other means. If anybody has a knowledge of how to go by this I will truly appreciate any advice. Thank You.

Would I play better with a Les Paul 24 3/4 inch scale rather than a Strat 25 1/2? I watch SRV or Jimmy Page play and their hands just seem to wrap around the entire neck. John Mayer, Steve Vai, and Eric Johnson have big hands too and these guys just dominate their guitars. I just feel like I've plateaued and I can't get over this hump. I've been playing for 10 years. Any suggestions?
