are they the metal things or the wood in between?

What is your #1 favorite Christian band or artist?
Oh and why is it?
I have too many that I like, but if I had to choose just one,
I would say "Place in this World" by Michael W. Smith.

The lyrics are so touching and I can relate to it so much.
I have no clue what I want to do with my life and I am leaning on God to show me in the right direction.

If you haven't heard of it, look into it.

I've seen a lot, I'll try to remember, OLP serveral times, MSI several times, Incubus, NIN, Creed, Cherry Poppin daddies, Eve 6, Shakira, Counting Crows a couple times, Live a couple times, DMB, Phish, String Cheese Incident, Tori Amos, Fuel, Jane's Addiction, Orgy, Sugar Ray, New Found Glory, Catch 22, H20, System of a Down, and geeze I can't remember...
My fav concert was a particular OLP show in Atlantic City, and after that Shakira (Tour of the mongoose, it was amazing) and then Mindless Self Indugence Shows cause they just rock. I ♥ Jimmy Urine.

Considering that you can only get a few CDs for fifty bucks, which three or four CDs would be at the top of your list of gotta-have's? What would make these releases the best of whatever's out there? I would like to get a feel for the range of music that's out there that may or not be well-known. (And no record-club links, please! Those suck so badly.)

I've heard this song on the radio and I can never find it. In the chorus it says "you don't know what you got till it's gone," and after it it says ohh ba ba ba by someone who sounds like nellie furtado. I think it may have been big in the 90's, but does anyone know the song? I can't find it anywhere
