Music - 22 November 2006

Much of what we watch or hear today is a copy of what was produced in the later part of the last century.

Seems like nothing new is getting produced, just a rehash (sometimes a little different) of what was enjoyed decades past.

You see it especially on commercials, where they beat to death familiar tunes, or create new ones that sound similar but lack the sparkle the original had.

There seems to be a shortage of genuine talent, and this is pervasive.

Before you say it, I've tried listening to the song... dozens of times. Originally, I thought it was something to the effect of DDUDU, with the first strum on the top 3 strings and the rest on the bottom 4. It works with the timing, but it doesn't sound right compared to the actual song. Maybe I need to delay between strums or am I just completely off? Help... please?

I really do not know anything about mp3 music downloads, so i am looking for a site that is easy, free, to download. I would like a site that had a lot of variety and by the original artists too. I have found free sites, but the songs are done by other people!. Also i was wondering, if the site says free mp3 music download, does that mean that i can download it and put it to cd?
