if biggie was still alive and still made songs it would be him but right now today I say Lil Wayne. his music is serious and simple and it makes sense. I can really see where he comes from when he raps but the only thing I dislike about all rappers is that they disrespect women and the only one who doesn't is Bowwow for some reason.
