Can anyone tell/explain to me the "You and Me" Strumming Pattern?

Before you say it, I've tried listening to the song... dozens of times. Originally, I thought it was something to the effect of DDUDU, with the first strum on the top 3 strings and the rest on the bottom 4. It works with the timing, but it doesn't sound right compared to the actual song. Maybe I need to delay between strums or am I just completely off? Help... please?

Are you talking about the Alice Cooper song? There are many songs titled "You and Me". Please give the artists name.
