I want to know why you think the movies are so bad. I mean do you hate the books too or how does that go? I like the movies and books, I just want to know why some people don't. And please don't be rude, I'm curious.

What a fantastic talent she is, especially her late '60's and early '70's work. Any and all comments on her would be appreciated. Comment on her films, her life, her marriage that slowed her carrer, etc. What films of hers have you seen? Whose talent would you compare her's to? She must be about 57 now. Best readout gets 10!

Anyone know if a Captain America film is in the works? I know there have been serials, cruddy 70's t.v. specials, and the Albert Pyun adaptation...But I read somewhere that it was in the works, with an interest by Tom Cruise, for the lead.

Okay, I know this is a very macabre synopsis but the basis of this movie is a man that force feeds women until they are morbidly obese. At one point, the cops enter the house and find a penis being fried in a frying pan. I know that's disgusting but does anyone know the title of this film?

I have to do a project on a movie that's based on a true story, and compare it to what really happened. I don't really want to do a sports movie, but I'd love other suggestions.

I was just thinking about this. I was rewatching Dirty Dancing for the 100th time tonight, LOL, and I was thinking how sexy dancing is. So for me, my two favorite romantic scenes, without sex/making out, would have to be the final dance scene in Dirty Dancing, and the dancehall scene from Hope Floats. What's yours?

do people prefer to use the internet to receive there movies now and not support their local video store? is it because of late charges? is it because of selection?
Netflix doesn't have to pay any of the taxes in the town they ship to so your schools and roads don't get help, when the local video store has to pay those taxes does that seem fair?
why is it that million dollar corporations dont have to contribute to your school or local food bank when your local stores do?
