I keep hearing good reviews about it and my guess it the only reason everyone made such a big deal about it was because it's about a same-sex couple. But for those of you who have seen it, does it have a good storyline and do Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaul act well in it?

On holiday in Majorca we sat in a bar, there was a film on the telly I couldnt hear the dialogue, but it looked interesting a small plane lands on top of an airship. It seemed to be the good guys against the evil nazis but I could be wrong, this was six years ago and it has been bugging me ever since.HELLLLP!

The movie starts with the song "Time is on my side" by the Rolling Stones and the first few lines of the movie go something like "let me tell you about the time I almost died" Have seen the movie before, but can't remember the name, it is driving me crazy.

I understand the ending and what's happening with Barbosa and the crew, what I don't get is what Elizabeth did.... why did she handcuff him to the ship support? She basically killed him by doing that, and I couldnt really make out what they were saying when they kissed. It was really confusing... can someone break it down for me?

I believe it's in the opening sequence and Bond is being pursued down a snowy cliff by two bad guys. He then skies over the edge of the cliff and reveals a Union Jack parachute then the main titles start. I think the James Bond at the time was Roger Moore. Cheers

What do you think of the story and of its 'resemblance' to an Indian industrialist's life ? If it is all true - can you give me real life parallels of Mithun's and Vidya Balan's characters ? As a storyteller, why did the director feel the need for Vidya's character in the movie ?
