I believe it's in the opening sequence and Bond is being pursued down a snowy cliff by two bad guys. He then skies over the edge of the cliff and reveals a Union Jack parachute then the main titles start. I think the James Bond at the time was Roger Moore. Cheers

It was The Spy Who Loved Me with Roger Moore as James Bond and Barbara Bach was the leading lady. Other info given is wrong in some postings. Such as...the title song was sang by Carly Simon (not Sheena Easton who sang the title song to For Your Eyes Only).
AND, the reason his parachute opened out to be a Union Jack is because it was 1977, the year of the Queen's Silver Jubilee and it was a nod to her!
