I just watched Serenity with Directors Commentary and thought to myself how Inara got short thrift. If Joss Whedon made a sequel (I know, unlikely) I think he should focus on the secret Inara was running from in the tv series coming back to haunt her.
I think it would be an incredible arc for Mal. The first film saw him go back to caring for something and someone after cutting himself off from his world. The second movie would move him closer to the hero he could be, becoming a soldier and true leader like during the war to save and protect Inara from the danger of her past, and willing to give up everything for his newly-realised love of her.
The sequel could also act as a turning point for him. He could become more willing to fight the Alliance for the beliefs that caused him to join the independents, which he consequently lost at Serenity Valley.
Not got it all thought through yet but what do the Firefly fans think of this?

I ask that u do not say anything that is just good, I want to watch really great films, films that were so worth making.
I'd like to see some more Crime noir, like Brick or LA Confidential or The Usual Suspects.
Any other recommendations from other Genres are also welcome.

I am refering about the picture of him boarding a plane in Hamilton where he was filming ofcource. If you haven't seen it check it out as it leaves little doubt that the rumours all these years have been substanciated. As for me , well I always thought his character in Saturday Night Fever was gay .I will like the movies he was in that I liked but I don't think I'll be able to watch any new ones without thinking about it.

Would someone explain to me why Archer does not go up to see Ellen in the ending of "The Age of Innocence"? Is it because Archer's son told him that his mother said, on her deathbed, that she asked Archer to give up the one thing he cared most about and that Archer did. Archer told his son that she never asked him. I think it was May reaching out from the grave to , once again, make Archer feel guilty and smother the last bit of independent feeling and thought out of Archer. What do you think? I really thought May was a monster disguised as the innocent, adoring wife and representative of the manners and mores of the age. The ending left me so upset. Why didn't Archer go up to finally be with Ellen?

When it comes to dialogue-delivery, nobody's more famous than Mr. Bachchan. Each one of his movies has its own memorable Bachchan punch. Describe your favorite dialogue.

My favorite (Deewar):

"Haan main SIGN karoonga, lekin main akele SIGN nahin karoonga. Jao pahle us aadmi ka sign leke aao, jisne mere baap se SIGN liya tha, pahle us aadmi ka SIGN leke aao, jisne meri maa ko gaali deke naukri se nikal diya tha, pahle us aadmi ka SIGN leke aao, jisne mere haath pe yeh likh diya, ke mera baap chor hai, uske baad mere bhai tum jiss kagaz par kahoge, main uspe SIGN karne ko taiyyar hoon."

Needless to say, I'm trying to get a broad sample of Mr. Bachchan's best dialogues.

If when there is global warming, the ice caps and things melt, wont it take up less space, because ice takes up less space when it has melted!

It doesn't make sense that waters will rise when this happens, does it!

Maybe it's just me but i think they're wrong

I wasn't sure where to put this question, so forgive me!

Ok, Smith flys an Alien craft back to the mother ship or whatever to blow it away.
Now this craft was found in the 50's are they trying to tell me that in 40+ years the Aliens here haven't upgraded their aircrafts? WTF???
Please, if we were in WW3 right now and the enemy of USA has a fighter from Korean or Vietnam War that they wanted to trick us by decoying in this old fighter by landing on a American soil or Aircraft-carrier that we wouldn't question this?
I liked the movie, but please don't treat us like were DMF's, come up with a better scenario.
So my question is as a alien race is smart enough to make force fields and space ships but the one found at rozwell is ancient compared to what they should have upgraded too.
So how could they be stupid enough to let a 40 + some year old craft come back to base and be fooled?

not the most popular or most famous horror movie...but a movie that is actually scary. I just watched 28 days later, it was bullcrap. Nothing in it made it a horror movie, it bored me more than scared me.

Okay I think you have to be a real t.v. buff to play this game lets call it a match game. I was watching a couple of old movies so here it is-Christopher Walken played in an 80's movie Dead Zone in the movie he told his class "Go home and read Sleepy Hollow it's about a headless horseman". 20 years later he played in Sleepy Hollow as the Headless Horseman. One more, in the 80's movie School Daze Kadeem Hardison & Jasmine Guy played college students in a movie about dorm life, a few years later they played in A Different World a series about college students and dorm life. Do you get the concept, can you top that?
