OK in the movies when they bad guys shove a detonator into some plastic explosives or C4 or whatever
Whats to stop our hero of the movie just taking the detonator out of the explosive thus saving the building and just causing minor damage when the detonators go off.

everytie ivewatch this funny movie i thought it was maureen mccormick who playsthe reporter, now i heard it wasnt but it was actually the real life wife of ben stiller who just looks alot lik her,,come to think of it,, since zoolander was made in 2000 or 2001 maureen would have already been like 40 something, so it cant be her,, what a disappointment.. anyone else thought it was her all this time??

Time Magazine did a big piece on it a few years ago, and it's all a big con started by L. Ron Hubbard. Yet so many people like Tom Cruise actually believe in it and try to brainwash other people.
In the Time Magazine article, it said that some Scientologists even go after people that leave the cult and go tell the truth about it.

I was watching Arthur last night and although it is by no means a comedy classic, the John Geilgud, butler role has some fantastic lines! One particular favourite was when Arthur said he was going to take a bath and Geilgud says "I'll alert the media." (It's the way he says it)

I have seen the movie.
I loved it.
I knew like Spiderman this was gonna be a trilogy.

I heard people talking after Part 2 that the Pheonix was a mysterious charector and no one was sure if she came back as it how she'd act.

However since X3 came out it like people forgot how part 2 ended or something.

I admitt i have not read a Xmen comic in probbaly 15-20 years (i am 32) and dont know all that much about the charectors except for things that were popular. Like wolverine, Xavier, cyclops, Magnito and a few others.

But would someone please tell me what was so bad about how thye made X3 please?

I thought it was a great movie. Since it was a ending to it.
If there was a part 4 coming, then i would say damn, why kill xavier now. but they needed a big way to conclude it.

when chris farley died studio execs were up in arms who would be the next next john candy.
they made a very poor decision to cast Jack Black in many of the roles he has starred in. he is mildly amusing at best, but at least he's funnier than Horatio Sanz

After watching it, I couldn't believe how bad the story really is.
And after seeing it on some best movies lists it just made me ask, is anyone out there who agrees with me?

Putting everything else aside, they want us to believe a group of people thinks raising their children with a morbid fear of "the Others" and of ever crossing the “Zone”, living with a terrible panic of being killed at night by something and living surrounded by the same 20 people is an amazing environment that creates stable, peaceful, full of joy people who love everyone else???
I don't think so.....

What were all those great actors thinking?
