I'm a big fan of Mr Vampire (I can't help but hold my breath and stick my fingers up my nose when I see a vampire movie now!) and have seen that there are Mr Vampire II & III but don't want to 'invest' in them if they're not up to the same standard as the first!

Anyone seen them and either recommend them or warn me off them?

Why, in some trailers, does the announcer say "In theaters only, July 31st (or whatever the release date is)" at the end of the preview? Is it because they don't want people to think that the movie is out on DVD? If so... why not just say "In theaters...".. is the "only" really neccessary??

(on a rainy day) what movie do you have to watch once you see it's on? (usually on the tbs, tnt, bravo, etc cable networks)

For me: Desperately Seeking Susan, Lethal Weapon, Back to the Future (not 2 though).

its set in the early 1900s.. so theres this girl who marries this guy from a upper class family. his faily does not approve. etc.. and the guy one dya goes to visit her and its raining and he gets pnuemonia... and he gets better.. so they marry. .. and after a while he dies. this guy has a brother . this brother goes to fight in the war and loses a limb.( i think hand) and he falls in love with her,. and in the end they marry.. do you know of any movie that is like this??
