One made by Pixar! A cheeky joke?; no it's true.
Many films Disney made in the last 20 years are so blxxdy scary, that I have nightmares nite after watching it. How they passed 18 or PG classification is beyond me. Anastasia is a very good example of gory'n'scary movie. Jungle Book 1 is however, outstanding piece of funny writing. I still remember rolling in uncontrollable laughter. Hey, lads look what's coming our way. A man cub. . . SOoo...what we gonna do...I do not know, What do wanna do..... :)
But of course they do not have to make movies they sell someone else's creations and ammass money in that way.

If you mean full-length features, then...
Any of the first five or so (Snow White, Pinocchio, Fantasia, Bambi,Dumbo), then it got a bit patchy.
Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmatians, the Jungle Book were all good
Then nothing of any real merit till the Pixar movies recently .

Cartoon film then I'd have to choose either Snow White (being the 1st) or Cinderella.
Normal film then Pirates of the Caribbean.
