im looking for a movie about a lil kid who had a brother that got killed in a railroad tunnel by some rebels and then i think he grows up and he goes bak to the railroads and the ones who killed his brother are evil spirits and are haunting him..the movies starts off in the 50s or 60s cuz the boys are wearing leather jackets. do u know the name of this movie?

I'm watching George Lopez, and right before they played some more commercials, he said "closed captioning for George Lopez provided by ..." and then played a Ferrero Rocher commercial.

I hear this all the time on many different TV shows. What is closed captioning?
