22 years
Several, but only two were within my control.
2 "At Fault" accidents (one when I was 17, and another at 19)
First one I ran off the road and hit a tree because I was driving too fast. Second one I didn't see a van pull out and rear ended him, I was changing the radio station at the time..
3 accidents where I was rear-ended by teenagers talking on cell phones (one while I was stopped at a 4 way stop sign)
1 accident where an 18 wheeler changed lanes without seeing me and ran me into a bridge gaurd rail.
1 accident where a drunk driver came at us head on while we were in our Winnebago, I turned into a used car lot at 50mph. trying to avoid him. Ran over 16 cars in a used car lot before it finally stopped! (I think that one gave my insurance agent a heart attack! lol)
1 accident where a driver ran a red light and T-boned me. I had to be cut out of my car for that one.
1 accident where two teenagers racing on motorcycles lost control and sideswiped me while I was driving on the interstate.. They were running an estimated 140mph. Both died instantly.

Also, one accident where I wasn't even in my truck. An 18 wheeler trying to back into a loading dock bay, backed over my pick-up that was backed into the bay next to him. I was inside getting a pallet of antifreeze. He squished it pretty good before realizing he had hit it.

I have been driving for 26 years and have been in two accidents. The first one a lady ran a stop sign and hit me. That was about 18 years ago. The second one was last night! A deer ran out in the road in front of my car! I think the insurance agent is going to say it's totaled, because the damage will be more than the car's book value. (I look a little like my avatar.) And it's a good thing I have full coverage.

I am a white 21 year old female. I've been drivng since 18.
Just recently wrecked my car last month. Due to something about a joint breaking out of a frame, yaddayadda, it is considered totalled... It was a 96 ford probe, which someone else I know had the same probelm with the joint thing.....

ive been driving for going on three years.

i backed into a parked semi before. that was because, i had a new car..and my old car didnt have a right side mirror...so i was just getting used to that...and i was backing up out of the drive way. and the semi was parked on the side of the road behind the bushes out front, so...i was mad, and i didnt look on my side mirror, just my rear view mirror...which nothign was behind me....so turned my wheel and ran right into it! it did almost 2,000 dollars worth of damage to my car! it was just the body that got messed up tho, thank goodness. i started crying and everything. it was my stepdads....and he only had to replace the front thing..i forgot what its called...and that was only 300 dollars...i barely did any damage to it. but i did bend the metal stuff on it tho.

and thats the only thing ive gotten close to an accident, if u dont consider that as one. but ive avoided ALOT of accidents on the road tho.

If bumping lightly into a parking garage when parking counts, then like 5(I am parnoid about parking which makes me worse at it). If no, then none. Driving for 2 years, I am female and white.
